** PAINT CORRECTION is a very technical process and the result will be determined during our teams inspection of your paints true condition and paint thickness.
Detail Specialties uses a very precise ‘Paint Thickness’ gauge which is advanced tool used to accurately determine the thickness of a painted surface. Knowing how thick (or thin!) the paint you are about to correct is will help you achieve the best results possible. The automatic system will determine if the surface is ferrous (Fe) or non-ferrous (NFe) and gives you an accurate reading in both Mils and Microns.
